2. No Guaranteed Results

OutsourceSy does not guarantee rankings, AI citations, search visibility, leads, revenue, conversions, traffic increases, platform inclusion, buyer behavior, or any specific business outcome.

Search engines, AI systems, directories, review platforms, social platforms, and other third-party systems change frequently and operate outside our control. Any recommendations, assessments, or strategies provided by OutsourceSy are intended to improve clarity, visibility, trust signals, and decision-making, but results may vary.

3. No Professional Legal, Financial, Medical, or Compliance Advice

Content and services provided by OutsourceSy are for business, marketing, visibility, search, and strategy purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, or regulated compliance advice.

You are responsible for reviewing any recommendations with qualified professionals where appropriate, including attorneys, accountants, compliance consultants, healthcare compliance advisors, advertising reviewers, or platform specialists.

4. Client Responsibilities

To perform services effectively, we may need accurate information from you, including business details, website access, analytics access, search console access, CRM information, competitor names, service details, location information, content, screenshots, forms, brand materials, or other materials.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Fees, payment schedules, and deliverables will be described in the applicable invoice, proposal, checkout page, agreement, or written statement of work.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for inspections, assessments, strategy work, consulting, and implementation work are due before work begins.

Because inspections, audits, strategy, consulting, research, and implementation services require time, expertise, and reserved availability, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Any refund exceptions must be approved by OutsourceSy in writing.

6. Scope of Work

Only the services specifically listed in a written proposal, invoice, checkout page, or statement of work are included. Any additional requests, revisions, implementation work, platform setup, reporting, writing, design, development, automation, or advisory support may require a separate agreement or additional fee.

OutsourceSy may recommend additional work after an inspection or assessment. You are not obligated to purchase implementation or ongoing services unless you choose to do so.

7. Timelines and Delivery

Any timelines provided are estimates unless specifically stated as guaranteed in writing. Timelines may depend on client responsiveness, access permissions, project complexity, third-party tools, platform limitations, and other factors outside our control.

8. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every business situation.

You confirm that you have the right to provide those materials and that their use by OutsourceSy for the project will not violate any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, laws, or platform rules.

11. Confidentiality

OutsourceSy will use reasonable care to protect confidential client information shared during a project. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, already known, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from another source.

If a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement is signed, that agreement will control where it conflicts with this section.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our work may involve third-party platforms such as search engines, analytics tools, website platforms, CRM tools, AI systems, review platforms, advertising platforms, hosting providers, plugins, or other software.
